TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: Jan 31, 2026

By enrolling in No Insurance. No Savings. No Plan. Medicaid Long-Term Care Help for Dementia Families (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating.

The Program is owned and operated by Saoirse Ventures, LLC, doing business as Navigating Dementia Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Program Purpose & Scope

The Program provides educational information, tools, and general guidance related to dementia caregiving, long-term care planning, and Medicaid navigation.

The Program:

  • Is educational only
  • Is not individualized legal, financial, tax, or medical advice
  • Does not create a client-professional relationship (including attorney-client or fiduciary relationships)

You understand that:

  • Medicaid eligibility rules vary by state, timing, and individual circumstances
  • Final decisions and outcomes are determined by government agencies, medical professionals, and legal authorities — not the Company

2. Participant Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive learning environment.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Program (including community spaces, live or recorded content) without refund if you:

  • Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or disruption
  • Violate community guidelines or these Terms
  • Misuse Program materials or misrepresent the Program to others
  • Interfere with the learning experience of other participants or instructors

3. Privacy, Confidentiality & Community Standards

We respect your privacy and expect you to respect the privacy of others.

You agree:

  • Not to share or disclose private, personal, or identifying information about other participants
  • Not to record, screenshot, copy, or distribute community discussions without permission
  • That experiences shared by other participants are confidential and may not be reused, republished, or shared outside the Program

You may share your own experience, but not the experiences, statements, or personal details of others.

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.

4. Intellectual Property

All Program materials — including videos, worksheets, templates, checklists, scripts, downloads, and written content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Saoirse Ventures, LLC.

You may:

  • Use materials for your personal, individual use only

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, sell, share, teach, license, or distribute materials
  • Use materials to create derivative products or services
  • Share login access with others

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

5. No Legal, Financial, Medical, or Tax Advice

Nothing in the Program constitutes:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial or tax advice
  • Medical advice
  • Medicaid eligibility determinations

You agree to consult:

  • An elder-law attorney
  • A qualified financial or tax professional
  • Medical providers
  • State or county Medicaid offices

…before making decisions that affect your legal, financial, or medical situation.

6. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for how you apply Program information
  • You are responsible for verifying rules with state and local agencies
  • Decisions made using Program information are made at your own discretion

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Medicaid denials or delays
  • Penalties resulting from timing or transactions
  • Facility decisions or costs
  • Government policy changes

7. Program Access, Duration & Availability

  • The Program is self-paced
  • Access is provided for two (2) years from the date of purchase
  • Community features, updates, and bonus content may change or be discontinued

If the Program or hosting platform is ever discontinued:

  • Reasonable notice will be provided
  • Participants will be given the opportunity to download available materials before access ends

Live events, Q&As, or bonuses:

  • Are not guaranteed
  • Do not roll over if unattended
  • May be modified or replaced

8. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Pricing and payment options are listed at checkout.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • Due to the digital nature of the Program, no refunds are offered
  • Payment plans must be completed in full
  • Missed or late payments may result in suspension of access

No pauses, cancellations, or transfers are guaranteed and are granted only at the Company’s discretion.

9. Third-Party Financing Providers

If you use a third-party payment provider (e.g., Affirm, Klarna):

  • Your financing agreement is solely between you and the provider
  • We are not responsible for approval decisions, interest, fees, or disputes
  • Refund eligibility (if any) is governed by these Terms, not the financing provider

10. No Guarantees or Outcomes

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Medicaid approval
  • Cost savings
  • Care placement
  • Timelines or outcomes

Results vary based on:

  • State rules
  • Individual finances and health
  • Timing of planning
  • Government processing

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saoirse Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
  • Loss of income, benefits, assets, or opportunities
  • Emotional distress or caregiver decisions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, platform outages, or cyber events.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Saoirse Ventures, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
